At Doc surge (us/we), we thrive to ensure that you receive the suitable product. However, for reasons beyond our control you may receive a product that does not meet your needs. In order to  avoid needless returns, please consult with a Doc Surge Consultant to let them know of your need to return or exchange your order or simply fill in the Return / Exchange below for a hassle-free experience!

  1. RETURNS POLICY

You have got 7 days. You’ve got 7 days from the date of reception, to request for return or exchange. Please note that all returns attract a 15% handling fee if they do not meet the below requirements:

  1. The item must be returned in the original packaging and unused.
  2. The return must be requested within 7 days after reception of order.
  3. The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt – such as tires, armrests, etc.
  4. In-store purchases: All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (unused). The receipt must be presented in order to return for a refund or exchange.

A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item

To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to Doc Surge within 7 days.

The 15% we want you to avoid comes in when:

  1. The order is returned with an opened box.
  2. Returned after more than 7 days after delivery.
  3. Returned without prior notification
  4. Capital Equipment.

Should you comply to the above and still require us to exchange or refund your order, you may the note the following:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and discuss the way forward. After approval, your refund will be processed credited through the original method of payment you used, within 7 working days.

Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was from our side.

To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.

  • Cancelled Orders on Capital Goods:

Capital equipment (items with a serial number) carries a 1year guarantee from date of sale
Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract 15% handling charge

For all prices and products: We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. We are not responsible for manufacturers’ price changes, which may occur at any time without prior notice.
